Payments & plans

Venmo, Cash App, and card payments through Square are accepted.

• Payment plans are available on orders of $400 or more.
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold an animal.
• Payment plans must be completed within 60 days.
• Animals ship only after payment is received in full.
• If an order remains unpaid after 90 days without prior arrangements, all funds are forfeited and the animal will be re-listed.

Shipping

Local pickup is available. Standard domestic hub shipping is a $60 flat rate unless an ad specifies free shipping.

• FedEx Hub pickup is preferred and strongly recommended.
• Home delivery adds a $20 fee plus insurance at $2.50 per $100 of the animal’s value.
• For home delivery, you must confirm receipt in writing within 30 minutes to maintain the Live Arrival Guarantee.
• Shipping is scheduled Monday–Wednesday for Tuesday–Thursday pickup, weather permitting.
• Export rates vary. Paperwork may take up to several months, and those wait times are outside our control. Export animals receive the same care as our holdbacks until shipping.

Live arrival & health

All animals are guaranteed alive, healthy, correctly sexed, and accurately represented at the time of shipment.

• Morphs are not guaranteed due to the complexity of Ball Python genetics.
• Each listing includes pairing information and clear photos so you can make your own assessment.
• In the unlikely event of a D.O.A., video proof must be provided within 2 hours of delivery.
• Any other concerns must be reported to us in writing within 4 hours of delivery.

Refunds & returns

• If the seller cancels, a 100% refund will be issued, including the deposit.
• If the buyer cancels, all payments are non-refundable.
• If the seller fails to ship within 7 days of final payment—excluding weather delays or an agreed-upon hold—the buyer may request a 100% refund, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
• If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Additional notes

• The seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
• All animals are shipped in compliance with FedEx rules and regulations.

Website privacy & analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and advertising cookies to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure future advertising.

• We may measure page visits, referring websites, campaign and QR-code tags, approximate region, device type, inquiry actions, and outbound-link clicks.
• Information entered into the inquiry form—such as your name, email address, and message—is not sent to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
• Analytics and advertising storage remain disabled unless you select “Accept analytics.”
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” button at the bottom of the website.
